Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 Years of Experience in Logistics
- Very Good English proficiency

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the procurement process for foreign purchases, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
- Utilize ERP systems to track inventory levels, manage purchasing orders, and analyze procurement data
- Facilitate customs clearance processes for imported goods, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Provide support and guidance to junior purchasing staff, promoting professional development and growth
