Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in QC
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

- Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision
- Fast worker with the ability to work well under stress
- Good management skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Conduct inspections and tests of materials, equipment, and structures to verify conformance to quality standards
- Analyze test results and identify deviations from quality requirements, initiating corrective actions as needed
- Communicate quality issues and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders
- Provide training and guidance to project personnel on quality control procedures and best practices
- Monitor and evaluate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities
- Participate in project meetings and reviews to provide input on quality-related matters
